Bullets over Broadway
Hilarious take on the backstage of a Broadway play.
The plot is not too complicated. Artsy fartsy type gets a break when a mobster bankrolls the whole show in exchange for a role for her flapper sweetheart. The difficulties start to emerge when they realize it’s too pretentious for humans. The flapper brings a mob goon that ends up ghost writing the thing and the play is a success. Only said flapper prevents the text to shine, so she is rubbed out.
The entire cast is amazing.
