Gone in 60 Seconds (the old one, the stunt showreel) meets self-insert fic about some Bulgarian billionaire. It’s the only way to explain this.
It’s mostly a driving stunt showcase, a CV in film form. The “plot” is even more barebones than Mad Max: Fury Road. Since there’s got to be some local money involved, it’s not a generic city, it’s literally Sofia, and the Mustang has prominent Bulgarian plates.
