The Bond girl this time is more than a match for him, and being played by Eva Green does help. Eventually status quo is restored, but as the plot demands, not just when the villain appears out of the blue on a neck brace.
The villain this time is a mere one-man HSBC, and the climax consist of an high stakes game of Texas Hold’Em.
Being a Bond film there are always many explosions, car chases and shootouts, but the glue that binds the action scenes together is very good.
