Ocean's Twelve
Doesn’t get old. Smashing! The meta-scenes with Bruce Willis are pretty hilarious.
Matt Damon fawning about Oscars, boring him about The Sixth Sense (even the security guard!). Bruce then tries to bone Catherine Zeta-Jones.
They get Albert Finney for about a week to film a couple seconds of footage.
A shitload of deus ex machina too, but it’s to stick it to some aristo (and French!), it’s worthy.
The editing is borderline experimental, it’s a visual smörgåsbord of styles, cuts, and camera angles. Freeze frames, maaaasive zooms, reverse freeze frames where the sound starts early. Zany shit.
