Bone Tomahawk

Event Horizon: Western Edition. It’s both a nice western and a reasonable body horror flick, with plenty of humour (you wouldn’t want things to get dreary, would you?).

In a deserted small town, woman Doc is snatched by things, and a strange posse is arranged. Her limping husband, the old sheriff and its older backup deputy, and the local city slicker.

What follows is a long stretch of banter between the guys, until finally everything comes to am end.

It’s pretty gruesome, but only the end parts, there’s plenty of character building beforehand. Piece of cake, with that start-studded cast.

This is my place for ramblings about sequences of images that exploit the human visual limitation know as persistence of vision.
