Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with less drugs and more cheap beer.
It’s just a bunch of artists playing around in a regional carnival, known for his popular bent and cross-dressing men. Calling it a “mockumentary” is too much, it’s really just playful folly.
The thinnest of stories are basic caricatures of well known members of the public, against the backdrop of the same thing, with big Styrofoam cars and elaborate dresses.
