The Office, but with suburbs real estate guys. They have a rival realtor in the city centre, and are all around crazies.
The intern is sleeping in the office, one of the saleswoman is trying to kill some old guy to sell his house, the other has delusions she can be an actress past her prime (extremely biting self-deprecation), the number two is a pure sycophant, and the “leader” is as pathetic as David Brent.
In the final episode, the underling that was trying to kill the old guy was promoted to COO, the “leader” is humiliated in several ways, and the fake actress pretends to have a seizure or something, so they can escape. The mockumentary crew were guerrilla leftists, the “documentary” was an exposé of their amoral enterprises.
The leader turns into a life coach, no biggie.
