A Good Person
This is extremely weird, the comedy skits do not completely gel with the rest of extreme hardcore drama. It works well as a pure drama, not sure why they cut it down with the comedy, is this Marvel shit?
There is got to be a crazy inside story for this production, the scene with the band is just weird, what the hell is going on here, exactly? AA being directly referenced means this is some fundie Christian offshoot? Or is this in the public domain? How did they get so many heavyweight people involved?
Oh, this is from Zach “Scrubs” Braff? That explains most of my questions, actually. I mean, say what you want about this, it’s better than Fool’s Paradise, in the genre of former comedy stars trying to break into big boy films.
At least Zack is self aware enough to avoid distracting cameos.
