More Shyamalan weirdness: a standard light horror mystery, with a silly premise, but played completely straight. Technically not a pure Shyamalan film, he punted to her daughter.
I mean, fairies and changelings? And that ending, what the fuck is that? Are gingers the devil, literal half human freaks?
There is a (small) attempt at camera trickery with the big mirrored room. I’m almost sure it was done with two sets of humans, but that is extremely underused, I was expecting full choreography, and other kinds of trickery, but you get more of that in freaking HP 3.
You get more mystery in The Kettering Incident, a random Australian TV show, for fuck’s sake! Shamamalama!
The final girls are one of the Fannings, the protagonist from Barbarian, and one of the crazies from Mandy. There’s also other, less important dudes.
